This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. The private facilities were exclusive and the room advantages were impressive. Additionally, the garden area was serene and beautiful. The service was exceptional and made me feel pampered. my experience here was amazing.
There was only one minor issue during my stay. The location advantages were not as prominent as I expected them to be.

We had a wonderful New Year's holiday with my family in the Dolomites! The apartments were spacious and well-equipped which made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the local supermarket and restaurants. The breathtaking views of the snowy mountains from our balcony were unforgettable.
The reception opening hours were limited and we had some trouble finding our way around since the receptionist was not always available. We also found it inconvenient that we had to clean the entire apartment before checking out, which took away from our vacation time.

Spent Christmas in a cozy place with great location close to the ski lifts and the supermarket. The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped and the balcony had a nice view. We also appreciated the underground parking for our car, which kept it safe and warm during the snowstorms.
The communication was poor, making it hard to get information about things to do and see in the area. The check-in process felt like we were going through customs, with strict rules and inventory checks.
